At the SCO Summit in Bishkek on June 13, 2019, the Heads of SCO member states signed the Bishkek Declaration, which highlighted the growth of youth mobility and development of the education sphere. Delegates noted that despite the successes in the development and support of cooperation between Universities within the SCO region, certain problems still exist. The participants of the conference proposed several suggestions, including the foundation of SCO University Alumni Network and SCO Scholarship Fund, which could help overcome current challenges.
