On March 23, 2026, SCOLAR Network and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant step in strengthening international youth cooperation and academic collaboration.
This partnership establishes the foundation for launching the SCOLAR Bishkek Hub on the basis of the Diplomatic Academy, creating new opportunities for students and young leaders in Kyrgyzstan to engage in global dialogue, leadership development, and cross-cultural exchange.
The signing ceremony was attended by SCOLAR Network President Victoria Khu and the Rector of the Diplomatic Academy Ruslan Rakhimov, highlighting a shared commitment to empowering youth and building sustainable international partnerships.
