23–28 March 2026, Bishkek became a vibrant meeting point for culture, creativity, and international youth dialogue as it hosted the First Youth Delphic Games of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

It is especially symbolic that this milestone event took place during the year of Kyrgyzstan’s chairmanship in the SCO. This year highlights the country’s growing role in promoting regional cooperation, cultural diplomacy, and youth engagement across SCO member states, positioning Kyrgyzstan as a key platform for dialogue and collaboration.

The Delphic Games are often described as the “Olympics of the Arts” — a unique international forum that brings together talented young people in fields such as music, dance, visual arts, and other creative disciplines. Beyond competition, the Games serve as a space for cultural exchange, preservation of national heritage, and the strengthening of mutual understanding between nations.

We are especially proud to highlight the contribution of SCOLAR Network President Victoria Khu, who represented the spirit of international cooperation and professionalism throughout the Games. She served as an interpreter for the jury, accompanying the Chinese delegation and ensuring smooth communication at such a high-level cultural platform.

In addition, she spoke at a roundtable on the creative economy, co-hosted by SCO Business Council Secretariat, where she shared her perspectives, engaged in meaningful dialogue, and contributed valuable insights alongside experts and young professionals discussing the future of creative industries.

Events like these once again demonstrate how culture can serve as a powerful bridge between countries, uniting people beyond borders and languages. SCOLAR Network is proud to be part of such initiatives, supporting youth leadership, cultural exchange, and international cooperation across the SCO space.
