Dear friends!
The Faculty of International Relations of Belarusian State University and the SCOLAR Minsk Hub invite you to take part in the International Round Table “III Minsk Model SCO” on November 5, 2026.
The Round Table will include a plenary session (with online connection) and two in-person youth sections.
The youth sections will involve prepared presentations and a business game in the format of simulating meetings of SCO bodies. Postgraduate students, master’s students, and undergraduate students of higher education institutions of Belarus and other SCO countries are invited to participate.
The format of the sections is in-person (Faculty of International Relations of BSU, Belarus, Minsk, 20 Leningradskaya St.).
Topic of Section 1 and the simulation of the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government: “Synergy of Startups and High Technologies in the SCO Space” (working language – Russian).
Topic of Section 2 and the simulation of the meeting of the Council of National Coordinators: 《上合组织旅游共同体：跨境旅游新机遇》 (“SCO Tourism Community: New Opportunities for Cross-Border Tourism”) (working language – Chinese).
