On April 26, 2026, we held our Hubs Monthly Meeting focused on building and leading strong teams.
The conversation centered on practical approaches — how we actually build teams within our hubs, from recruitment and interviews to trial periods, and what truly matters when selecting the right people.
We exchanged perspectives on what defines a strong team member, how to sustain motivation over time, and why team culture is just as important as structure.

An important part of the discussion focused on transition — how to effectively transfer knowledge, ensure continuity, and enable new teams to build on existing foundations rather than starting from scratch.

Most importantly, the meeting created a space to openly share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from one another.
