III AGORA – SCOLAR Vision | SCO Region Tech Transfer

SCOLAR Network invites you to participate in the III “AGORA: SCOLAR Vision” Youth Conference! This year we have partnered with China-SCO Member States Technology Transfer Center and invited experts and entrepreneurs to sit together and talk about technology transfer and entrepreneurship development in the SCO region.
Transfer of technology has been one of the key issues in the SCO space discourse in the past few years. It has become front and center after China’s Premier Li Keqiang proposed time to establish a mechanism for technology exchange and transfer from China to the SCO countries. As a leading country in the region for new and innovative technology, many countries look to China to share technology as well as train new and young professionals. The SCO countries have the youngest population thus having the best potential to quickly learn and implement new tech in the traditional industries. The conference will focus on the subjects that will share experiences of technology transfers, unpack positive and negative cases and discuss how Covid created new challenges and opportunities for entrepreneurs in our region.
