Since the establishment of SCOLAR Network in 2017, Beijing has become the heart of the youth platform. During past 5 years, we have gathered young leaders from 21 countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and established strong connections with youth organizations in Beijing and beyond!
