On April 22, the opening of the SCOLAR Network hub at the Ural State Pedagogical University took place in Yekaterinburg.
At the opening ceremony, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Rector of the University Svetlana Minyurova and the Co-founder of SCOLAR Network Victoria Khu.
Sergey Kanavsky, Executive Secretary of the SCO Business Council, delivered a welcoming speech. The hub became the 4th SCOLAR hub in Russia and the 15th in the SCO region.
