On November 19, Co-founder of SCOLAR Victoria Khu hosted the career workshop “Craft Your Winning CV & Unleash Your Voice” as part of the Career Starter Workshop for international students at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). The training was coorganized together with BeHive. The event brought together students from China, Indonesia, Korea, Russia, Uzbekistan and other countries.
With her experience in intercultural communication and leadership training, Victoria introduced participants to the key elements of effective CV writing and public speaking styles. The workshop included interactive activities where students practiced small talk, storytelling and impromptu speaking.
Its practical format helped participants apply communication skills to real career situations, while the friendly atmosphere allowed them to experiment with new techniques and find their own communication style.
