Victoria Khu — a Russian–Chinese bilingual, Founder of Nowa Consulting, Co-founder of the SCO Youth Platform SCOLAR Network, TEDx speaker, and China’s delegate at the 2024 World Youth Festival. She has over 10 years of experience as a translator and consultant, working with international organizations, government institutions, and major corporations including SCO, CNPC, Gazprom, TAIF-NK, and others.
