SCO Cycling Cup: 25 Years Together
The year 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). To celebrate this milestone, the “SCO Cycling Cup: 25 Years Together” brings people together through sport, strengthens people-to-people exchange, builds cultural bridges, and supports youth development through education. The event promotes mutual understanding, harmony, and shared prosperity, providing an official platform for open, inclusive, and trust-based exchange among SCO countries. It also offers young people an important stage for cultural learning, practical experience, communication, and growth—helping deepen SCO people-to-people cooperation.
We are now recruiting participants from international students from 27 SCO countries studying in China to celebrate the anniversary and spread friendship.

Recruitment Categories & Requirements
Category 1: Trilingual Volunteers (Chinese–Russian–English)
Fluent in at least two languages (Chinese, Russian, English), able to communicate, interpret, and guide on-site;
Responsible, willing to follow the organizing committee’s arrangements; available for the full day on 13 June;
Assist with registration, guest guidance, language support, and maintaining order.
Category 2: Cycling Race Participants
Youth from 27 SCO countries studying in China; 18+, in good health;
Cycling experience; bring a competition-standard road bike and safety gear (helmet, protective equipment, etc.);
Follow race rules and sign a participation statement;
Race format: 12 km semi-closed loop time trial in the park; age-group categories; medals for 1st–3rd place.
Category 3: Content creators
Priority for youth from 27 SCO countries studying in China; must have social media accounts (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, WeChat Official Account, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.);
Skilled in positive storytelling and willing to document the event throughout the day;
Promote the friendly atmosphere and people-to-people connectivity, showcasing the cultural dimension of the race.
